An RPA solution that helps us identify journals where documentation is missing under certain given headings, and to draw the attention of those responsible that the content of the journal needs to be supplemented.
Quality review of medical records is a time-consuming but important process to ensure that the documentation in the medical records meets the standard in relation to patient safety and current requirements. An RPA solution can not review the quality of the content, but can identify journals where documentation is lacking and draw the attention of those responsible to the need for the content of the journal to be supplemented. In this way, we can use our human resources to quality review complete records, and with the help of the robot review incomplete records, which should result in a larger proportion of complete records.
This solution is currently being explored for HSL records and affects approximately 3,400 records. There is potential for similar solutions for other documentation as well.
