Then imagine that the participants work out innovative solutions to society's challenges, and imagine how much positive creative creativity is unleashed. During these three days, we are all creators of Helsingborg's future.
Society is facing difficult challenges and the more people who participate in the solution work, the better! We need many perspectives to understand and solve the right problems, and many ideas to find the best ones. When it comes to innovation, it is simply difficult to underestimate the value of quantity!
During H22, the world's eyes are on Europe's most innovative city, Helsingborg. Then it is reasonable that we also think outside the famous box. In a regular innovation sprint, a maximum of one hundred participants gather, which generates about twenty exciting solutions. What happens if we gather fifteen times as many participants?
In practice, there are some questions to sort out, but formally it is not all that difficult. Innovation sprints for our employees are one of our most important tools for spreading inspiration and offering practical innovation training while solving real problems in the operations.
