What?

We have developed and tested using a digital interpreter in the meeting with our clients.

Why?

It is sometimes difficult to get an interpreter for all conversations where needed. Even with an interpreter, there is no guarantee that terms are translated correctly and comprehensibly.

How?

An interpretation app has been tested together with employees who speak Arabic, Turkish and Dutch. The app learns to recognize words and concepts the more it is used.
