What?

The project will investigate how and which delivery data that can be shared in order to provide new insights into urban planning. Hopefully, the insights can also result in a groupage project.

The goal is to try to get a premiere of the results / sub-results during H22 cityexpo 2022 with hopefully a real delivery flow from IKEA and H&M and with Nowaste as the hub player.

Why?

In 2020, e-commerce sales increased by 40 % in Sweden. For the metropolitan regions, the increase was even greater. Since there is a lack of knowledge and insight into the consequences of this changed buying behavior, we want to investigate it.

 

How?

Participating actors cover needs owners, software suppliers, retailers, technology suppliers, property owners, research actors and innovation facilitators. The broad group provides the conditions for a real picture of needs and that what is developed within the project is relevant, creates benefit and is scalable / implementable. Project coordinator is ReLog Campus Helsingborg, which conducts research in areas such as logistics, packaging development and retail.

Impact target

The goal is a real delivery flow from IKEA and H&M and with Nowaste as the hub player.
