How can we become better at individualizing teaching?

Teaching to a large group of people who have different backgrounds and conditions using the same teaching methodology is seldom the most effective way to promote learning.

Children and students in schools are all different and have different backgrounds, conditions and needs for their learning. How do we create opportunities for a kind of teaching that’s adapted to each student’s needs? How can we become more skilled in finding the right support for each student more quickly so that all students reach their knowledge goals? How can we use the data we receive as teaching materials and teaching are digitized?
